● thunderbird の サーバとのやりとりのログを記録する

ターミナルから以下のように入力してコマンドラインからThunderbirdを起動すると、デスクトップにログ（smtp.log）を保存できます。

「SMTP」のログを詳細度「4」で取得します。

export NSPR_LOG_MODULES=SMTP:4
export NSPR_LOG_FILE=~/Desktop/smtp.log
/Applications/Thunderbird.app/Contents/MacOS/thunderbird-bin

全てのログを細かく取得したい時は

export NSPR_LOG_MODULES=ALL:5
export NSPR_LOG_FILE=~/Desktop/smtp.log
/Applications/Thunderbird.app/Contents/MacOS/thunderbird-bin

で起動します。
